Labeling

The past week has been full of turmoil, to say the least. There has been so much division, violence, name-calling, and labeling. Criminal. Racist. Bad. Unjust. Unfair. Killer. Hater. All labels saturated in pure evil!
Then I realized something. God puts a label on us. He labels each and every one of us His child. Being His child has nothing to do with who we are or what we look like. It is simply a gift from Him. It is never a human achievement. It's a label saturated in pure grace! HIS pure grace!
Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God. John 1:12
